Compatibility
Best for: shopping trips over 15 minutes' walk, users who need scheduled rest breaks, anyone managing reduced mobility, market trips with mixed walking and queuing time. Not ideal for: very short trips (the seat adds weight you won't use) or rough off-road terrain (20 cm wheels are smooth-surface tuned). Bike towing via Andersen's Bike n Easy Type 1 Adaptor.
Attaching to a bicycle
This Shopper is compatible with Andersen's Bike n Easy attachment system, which lets you switch between pulling on foot and towing behind a bicycle in a few seconds.
Two components are needed: an adaptor on the Shopper (this frame takes the Type 1 Adaptor) and a coupling unit on the bicycle. The bike-side coupling depends on your bicycle's geometry:
Pull Easy — bikes with a rear luggage carrier
Easy Snap — alternative for rear-carrier bikes
Big Easy — bikes without a rear rack (mounts to seat strut)

Fitting & installation
The Andersen frame arrives fully assembled. The bag clicks onto the frame using the HängFix system (on Royal, Royal Plus, and Unus frames) or attaches via integrated straps (on Scala, Komfort, and Tura). Both are tool-free.

What's the difference between Oli.P 3.0 and Famke (both 16L thermal)?
Oli.P 3.0 is larger overall (50L vs Famke's 47L) and includes backpack mode that Famke lacks. Famke has a smaller, more focused feature set. If you'll use the backpack mode, choose Oli.P; if you won't, Famke is slightly lighter and a bit cheaper.
How sturdy is the built-in seat? Can it actually support an adult?
Andersen rates the seat for adult use and the frame is built around supporting it — the chassis weighs 4.5 kg empty, heavier than the Royal's 3.4 kg precisely because of the seat reinforcement. [To confirm with Andersen for the exact numerical seat load rating.]
Can I use the Komfort without the seat folded out?
Yes — the seat retracts flush against the frame when not in use and doesn't affect bag attachment, handling, or load capacity. You only fold it out when you want to sit.

The Oli.P 3.0 is the closest thing to a "do-everything" bag in the Andersen range under the Fado 3.0's tier. Three-frame compatibility (Komfort, Royal, Unus) means it's a safe pick across most setups. Where it loses to specialist bags: the Hydro 3.0 is more waterproof, the Fado 3.0 is larger, the Hera is faster to pack. But for "one bag does most things", this is it.
