We have waited for a few weeks, allowing us to give a honest review of this dog trailer. Our dog (Luna) is a 50kg Cane Corso. A dog trailer allows us to explore new areas with our bikes when on holiday, whilst taking our dog with us. We use a Reise Muller Nevo5 bike, with an 800w battery and 85nm motor. This pulls dog and trailer no problem. Hitch a bike gave all the info needed to get the correct hitch, and axle if necessary for the bike.
The trailer is well made and lots of features come in handy. The sun shield has worked well, the trailer glides along on 4 wheels, the suspension is great, and along with Lunas dog bed made riding down forestry fire breaks possible and canal tow paths easy. So far we have done over 15 miles in Wareham forest, cycled 20miles down Lee valley to the Tower of London, and back using canal paths and TFL cycle superhighway, and numerous miles around Cambridge. A total of over 75 miles. Gave the trailer a wash today and looks new. The trailer flatpacks quickly and we carry it on its side in our VW Crafter camper van. Hope all this factual stuff helps. We are so pleased we took the plunge and bought one. Hitch a bike have been great with help with advice, always replying to our emails.
The Weber hitch might seem expensive but it is worth every penny. Make sure you take advice on the correct adapter for your axle, which Hitch a bike helped me with. Fitting was very simple. The trailer is securely attached, can be locked, but detaches with with ease.

+ Specialised Turbo-Levo eMTB. My dog was right on the border line for the Tammo so probably could have managed with the medium size one but now there's plenty of room for him and any "shopping". Beautifully made and looks super strong. Rides behind very smoothly with no rattles. Hitches on and off with ease but feels secure Hitch a bike very helpful. Fits perfectly collapsed and upright with all the wheels and bits inside and bumper attached inside RV garage. Hitch axle fitted perfectly although I've changed the final end piece to one that screws on without the bracket. Slightly neater. Could not be happier.

This was simplicity itself to install and readily fitted onto the existing carriers bars that are for panniers. The existing pannier fitted easily onto the bar of this trolley mount. My rear light was easily moved onto the bracket of this mount, too.
Would recommend to anyone. Reliable and sturdy!!
The trailer was very easy to attach to my bike and my experience riding is that I hardly notice I'm pulling anything. The trailer's suspension may be helping to keep the ride smooth. There is loads of space for loads such as grocery shopping (similar to a car boot and if anything more accessible). I found the handcart attachment more fiddly to attach but after a couple of attempts it seems fine and looks like it will be useful eg on campsites. Thanks to Andrea for organising the route through Customs, which did require patience but has been worth the wait.
Fantastic service from Hitch a Trailer, great price. Second one of these we have had, last one lasted 6 years - used everyday for transporting heavy medical kit. New one is brilliant.
I'm a teacher and cycle to work everyday. This trailer allows me to bring home books to mark. It is incredibly stable, fits easily through pedestrian gates, then I unhitch it and take it to my classroom.
It is beautifully designed and made. It manoeuvres well as a trolley through the corridors.
If I had to be picky: it obscures my bike light, the stand could be better, I struggle with the hitch so remove it from the seat post instead. I have ordered a qeedo quick case from Germany as the best accessory for me.
This is my 3rd brand of trailer and it is by far the best.
A game changer, finding it too much to lug carrier bags I decided on this shopper. Very sturdy frame, good ergonomics and a nice looking bag. The 25cm wheels make steps etc a doddle. My usual store involves a trek across meadows along a path and this handles the trip wonderfully. My only gripe is that when it's empty there is a lot of vibration that goes up my arm that's pulling the trolley.
Delivery was delayed a bit as well, but no harm done.

Great customer service from initial enquiry through to support with third part parts to get the trailer compatible with my bike. Andrea is a credit to the company and I cannot recommend them enough.
The trolley appears to be good quality & looks like it'll last many years. I use the buses a lot. I knew the exact size of the trolley before buying, thanks to the comprehensive measurements on the website, so knew the bus isle, unfortunately, would be too narrow to take the trolley along it. Also, it can be a challenge getting around small shops due to the width. I wanted the single handle & the smaller size frame would mean the bag I would've had to use would've been too small.
I have carpel tunnel syndrome. The trolley handle has adjustable positions to allows me to hold it pointing forward, which is better for my condition.

I was informed the trolley would take 7 - 10 business days for delivery. I wasn't aware that the 7 to 10 days shipping times are the times it takes to ship from Germany to the UK warehouse, not to my door. However, once it landed in the UK, it didn't take long to arrive to me.
Fairly easy to convert the trailer to a stroller, front wheel attaches easily and the handle is comfortable to use. It has extended the use for our aging dog who finds it pleasant and can easily hop out for a comfort break!
Great adaptation for the trailer to convert to a stroller. Super simple and with minimal bits and pieces. Wheel feels sturdy and makes stroller easy to maneavour even with my 41kg dog inside!

Love the mat - perfect fit for the trailer, the memory foam is solid enough to keep its shape but soft enough to not jar Sasha's boney bottom. The texture was a nice surprise - a velvety matt finish, which provides a good amount of grip. Brilliant buy, and it arrived before expected!
This buggy is my second foray into a pet jogging stroller for me and my faithful three-legged companion. She loves the ride, I love the construction and drivability.
The reason I got this stroller is because I made the mistake of opting for a different company’s stroller because of price. But it wasn’t well built and a €1 plastic clip promptly broke (3 weeks) owing to normal wear and tear and effects of living on the coast. The snapped clip ultimately disabled the front wheel and made the stroller unusable (despite several attempts to fix/rig it up). Company was nice and sent a new wheel, which wasn’t the issue. They said they didn’t replace the clip. Which was the issue.
Lesson learned. This stroller is worth every Euro.
Typical German engineering, high quality and built to last
Robust bracket, should fit easily to Pletchser carrier. However I did not want to change Blackburn carrier on my Cannondale mountain bike, so used Busch & Muller Rear Carrier Light Bracket from St John Street cycles to match coupling to carrier. I drilled out cross member of carrier to bolt Light Bracket firmly to carrier instead of using supplied clamps. I used a flat alloy strap to pack out rear attachment. All seems to be firmly attached but have yet to road test!
We bought the above for our toy poodle along with the Britch universal front or rear bicycle rack a couple of months ago.
It has been brilliant and just what we needed, we have adapted the harness system inside the basket as Arlo does not like the mesh dome over him :) We added a slightly more padded cushion in the base and he is very happy . It fits the front of our electric bikes a treat.
Customer service were very helpful when the rack and basket arrived as the rack was damaged, however this was replaced very quickly and the communication was great. Thank you
Since the pram arrived 8n March have thoroughly enjoyed using it.
We have 3 cockers of differing ages. The oldie loves to get out & about with us & his pals as he has done all his life but at nearly 13, he just cannot do the distances the 2 younger dogs like (& need) to cover. His buggy has been a game changer for him. Comes with us on all our adventures out now & when he has had enough, he jumps in & sits like royalty for the return ride. He is very comfortable & settled in there & seems to enjoy his days out made possible by having this. Easy to put up & get going & robust & secure in use. We are often on off road paths & tracks & it deals with that terrain well.

As of now, I have yet to use it but I’m pleased with the design and quality. A larger bag to fit at the back would be very useful for water,dog bowl, treats etc. the one which is available just isn’t deep enough to carry much without spilling out.
