Inspiration & Adventure
Let customers speak for us
from 82 reviewsGreat customer service from initial enquiry through to support with third part parts to get the trailer compatible with my bike. Andrea is a credit to the company and I cannot recommend them enough.
Don’t often leave reviews but feel I must today. We have an aging Labrador who was always ready for a long walk, but sadly is no longer able to. We bought a Croozer bike trailer for our electric bikes and it has been brilliant! The quality is excellent, handles well when attached to the bike and, most importantly, the dog loves it! Need to buy a rain cover now we are back in England.
Many thanks to Andrea for sorting all the shipping!
Really solid and easy to operate. Really rolls with ease too.
This buggy is my second foray into a pet jogging stroller for me and my faithful three-legged companion. She loves the ride, I love the construction and drivability.
The reason I got this stroller is because I made the mistake of opting for a different company’s stroller because of price. But it wasn’t well built and a €1 plastic clip promptly broke (3 weeks) owing to normal wear and tear and effects of living on the coast. The snapped clip ultimately disabled the front wheel and made the stroller unusable (despite several attempts to fix/rig it up). Company was nice and sent a new wheel, which wasn’t the issue. They said they didn’t replace the clip. Which was the issue.
Lesson learned. This stroller is worth every Euro.
We bought the above for our toy poodle along with the Britch universal front or rear bicycle rack a couple of months ago.
It has been brilliant and just what we needed, we have adapted the harness system inside the basket as Arlo does not like the mesh dome over him :) We added a slightly more padded cushion in the base and he is very happy . It fits the front of our electric bikes a treat.
Customer service were very helpful when the rack and basket arrived as the rack was damaged, however this was replaced very quickly and the communication was great. Thank you
We have 3 cockers of differing ages. The oldie loves to get out & about with us & his pals as he has done all his life but at nearly 13, he just cannot do the distances the 2 younger dogs like (& need) to cover. His buggy has been a game changer for him. Comes with us on all our adventures out now & when he has had enough, he jumps in & sits like royalty for the return ride. He is very comfortable & settled in there & seems to enjoy his days out made possible by having this. Easy to put up & get going & robust & secure in use. We are often on off road paths & tracks & it deals with that terrain well.
Purchased a new buggy for my dog. Fast service, excellent quality product. Easy to assemble and can now go on any terrain.
This is the dogs whatsits. It is hugh its really easy to handle could do it with a finger straight. I debated for months and eventually justified the cost . It is worth it without doubt. I am hoping it will assist my anxious staffy to get out in the world with a safe place to retreat to. I will train him slowly and in his own time to use it atm hes had a good dig in it and dumped his ball in it. We have only had it days so I am happy with that.
Once he uses it the world will be our oyster .... fast responses anf super fast delivery great
Brilliant product, really solid build no fab quality, took it off road around a country estate approx 5 mile walk which my old boy managed half of before relaxing in his innopet buggy, he loved it and was quite happy to stand watching the world go by 😂❤️
We bought an Innopet Sporty Deluxe dog stroller for our elderly dog as she can’t do hilly walks without pain as she has arthritic legs plus we wanted to walk on holiday further than she can. My husband was sceptical to be honest but although she wasn’t keen to start off with she soon got used to it while we fed her treats through the top opening. I can definitely recommend this product.
This has been a fantastic purchase. Harry, our 14 year old Tibetan Terrier loves his chariot! We are able to go out for long walks in the country and when he has had enough he hops in and sits happily while we push him up the hills etc. If we stop for coffee he prefers to stay in it so he can snuggle up - to him it's a mobile den. We love how easy it is to pop the wheels on and go. It's easy to manoeuvre and feels very robust over all kinds of terrain. Without it we would be very restricted in what we could do as Harry hates to be left alone for any length of time - now he can come with us for a full day out!
I couldn't wait for this stroller to arrive, I hoped it was as good as the advertisement made it look. Well I'm glad to report IT IS.... It clicked together in seconds, and my two waisted no time jumping in to investigate. Within a minute they where both lay down chilling in it. We took it for a test drive and wow it ticks every box. It's by far the most comfortable stroller i've used, and believe my I tried a few. Love the adjustable handle, this baby glided over pavements, hilly grass and uneven potholed paths. I love long walks but my Shihtzu's little legs don't. This is perfect, oh and this doesn't look like a baby's stroller which was a big thing for me. If you're after a stroller for your pooch this is the one.
I looked at various strollers online, because no one stocks them locally, and chose the InnoPet® Sporty Dog Stroller & Bike Trailer with Free Rain Cover (Black/Grey) after deciding that it seemed the best option. Our spaniel is awaiting a hip replacement and we wanted to be able to continue walking up North Devon hills and on the beaches. On delivery, I was very impressed. It fits together very easily and seems robust and well made. We have only tested it up and down the road at the moment, but pleased with it so far.
If you are buying one for a dog going to have surgery, I would recommend buying it in advance. Our spaniel was scared of it and so we left it in the house for a week or so and put treats in it and he gradually got used to it. He wouldn't get in it, so I spent a week lifting him in it twice a day and wheeling him around the garden. I gave him his favourite treats at every stage to reward him. Now he jumps in it waiting for a treat. He still is not sure, but getting more used to it so that's good for when he has had his surgery. I like the top opening flap, so he can look out and see me. I also put him on a lead and loop this through the top of the back panel which gives him more freedom in the stroller so he feels more comfortable. I have the lead handle over my wrist so there is no chance of him jumping out if frightened. It has taken time, but feel it is worth it to give him outings when recuperating.
Well this really is the best thing that has happened to little Squid in the past 7 weeks. She severed an artery and tendon whilst doing her best zoomies - we have 9 weeks to go before she is able to start active walking.
We go out everywhere together. The trolley is light and functional- really easy to move. It is fantastically made, sturdy, easy to put together or collapse!
We LOVE it!
Our 10 year old Westie damaged her cruciate ligament. We hope that rest will be sufficient to recover but meantime we wanted to be able to continue hiking without leaving her (yes, she is our baby!). Also we were aware that she was slowing anyway (who isn’t) and so we were looking to the future where she might only be able to walk part way. This fits the bill perfectly. It’s robust, allows good vision, has a fitted raincover, and the wheels are good even in rugged terrain. If you want to maintain outdoor activity with an ageing or injured dog this is the one to go for. Totally worth the money.
