The AddBike+ Carry'Box Kit Cargo Bike Trailer is specifically crafted to fit onto the base of the AddBike+, utilizing its sturdy metal frame and durable textile covering. This handy attachment can hold up to 110 litres or 35kg/77lbs, making it perfect for transporting large or heavy items such as groceries and bulky goods. With this high-capacity cargo bike kit, you can effortlessly travel long distances with your possessions in tow.
WARNING: As the Box Kit has a tilting wheel system, it is not suitable for people who are looking for stability on a bicycle. It allows a very dynamic driving which differs from that of a traditional bicycle. A short time of adaptation is necessary before adopting it completely!

The AddBike+ transforms your standard bike into a compact three-wheeled ride. Its patented kinematics feature tilting wheels that effortlessly lean to the side when turning, providing a seamless and comfortable journey. Add the Carry’Box to the AddBike+ frame in order to transport loads. You can also add other modules for dog (Carry’Dog) transport. There are multiple ways of using this add-on so that everyone can find a solution that suits their daily needs.
EASY TO INSTALL
Easily attach your bike to the AddBike+ trailer by removing the front wheel and securing the fork on our Quick-Fix system. The trailer also features a built-in high-end brake system, conveniently controlled with a brake lever on the handlebars. You have the option to keep your old brake lever or remove it.
ADDBIKE ON ALL BIKES
The versatility of the AddBike+ allows it to be mounted onto virtually any bike on the market, including electric, mountain, and folding bikes, effectively transforming them into a cargo bike.
OPTIMISED DRIVING
The AddBike+ possesses a tilting wheel mechanism that enables you to maneuver as you would on a regular bicycle. This feature allows for easy transportation of heavy loads while maintaining a familiar riding experience. Adjustment of the AddBike+ wheels can also improve the riding performance based on cargo weight or personal riding style.
STABILISE THE ADDBIKE + AT STANDSTILL
The tilt lock lever located on the handlebar of the AddBike+ provides stability when the bike is at a standstill, allowing for easier loading and unloading as well as mounting and dismounting.
QUICK LEARNING PHASE
The tilt system of the Curve-Assist can be modified to alter its degree of tilting - if desired, it may be decreased to decrease the bike's dynamism. This can facilitate familiarity with the product during the initial phase of exploration.

The AddBike+ Carry'Box Kit Cargo Bike Trailer is easily attached to your bike, providing a front-mounted box for carrying your loads. This allows you to avoid purchasing a bike with a built-in trailer and instead, transform your own bike into a cargo-carrying machine. This innovative solution is designed to efficiently transport your heavy or bulky items.
However, if you remove it from the AddBike+, you will be able to carry larger items. Thus, the AddBike+ can be used on its own as a heavy duty trailer.
The AddBike+ Carry'Box Kit Cargo Bike Trailer, also known as a front trailer bicycle, features a tilting system to keep it parallel to the ground. This ensures that your cargo remains secure and you maintain stability, no matter the contents of the trailer.

What you need to be aware of before riding with a cargo bike kit
Curve-Assist system
The AddBike+ has a Curve-Assist system: when you take a turn, both wheels lean to the side (like the “3-wheel scooters”). This way, you can ride it like a bicycle, while still being able to carry loads.
Our double-patented system has several advantages:
When making a turn, the wheels lean to the side while the base remains parallel to the ground, providing a smooth and comfortable ride for passengers and carried objects.
The Curve-Assist has differentiated tilting per wheel: when taking a turn, the inner wheel leans farther than the outer wheel. This allows the user to have more storage space while staying dynamic! After all, the purpose of the AddBike is to carry!
Riding experience
When riding with the AddBike+, just like a cargo bike, you need to take into account that it isn’t like riding a normal bike, it is actually very different, and it can bring new riding sensations.
Depending on your bicycle skills, you may have to practice for a few minutes or even a few days before getting the hang of it. Most of the time, experienced cyclists get the hang of it quite rapidly. However, beginners usually need more time to adapt so if you don’t have a lot of experience when it comes to riding a bike, get ready to practice for a few days!
In order to help you get used to the AddBike+, you can adjust the tilting of the Curve-Assist (3 positions) as well as other settings to find the perfect riding sensations for you.
Agility vs stability
Don’t worry! The bicycle won’t lose its dynamism and agility thanks to our Curve-Assist system.With the Curve-Assist technology, riding the AddBike+ requires the same amount of balance and skill as a traditional bicycle, allowing for high speed turns, tight u-turns, and even riding out of the saddle. While the addition of two front wheels might suggest increased stability, the AddBike+ can still be ridden just like a normal bike.. Therefore, if you aren’t comfortable riding a normal bike, or if you have balance and/or motor problems, we don’t recommend the AddBike+.
