Attach your bike by removing the front wheel and securing its fork with our Quick-Fix system. The AddBike+ includes a high-end brake system that is ready to use. The brake lever can easily be placed on your handlebar, and you have the option to keep your old lever or remove it.

Things you need to be aware of before riding the dog bike
Curve-Assist system
The AddBike+ has a Curve-Assist system: when you take a turn, both wheels lean to the side (like the “3-wheel scooters”). This way, you can ride it like a bicycle, while still being able to carry loads.
Our double-patented system has several advantages:
When making a turn, the wheels lean to the side while the base remains parallel to the ground, providing a smooth and comfortable ride for passengers and carried objects.
The Curve-Assist has differentiated tilting per wheel: when taking a turn, the inner wheel leans farther than the outer wheel. This allows the user to have more storage space while staying dynamic! After all, the purpose of the AddBike is to carry!
Riding experience
When using the AddBike+, it is important to keep in mind that it is not the same as riding a regular bike, as it can provide a unique riding experience. Depending on your level of cycling expertise, it may take a few minutes or days of practice to become comfortable. Experienced riders tend to adapt quickly, while beginners may require more time to adjust. To assist with this process, you can modify the Curve-Assist (3 positions) and other settings to find the ideal riding experience for you.
Agility vs stability
Don’t worry! The bicycle won’t lose its dynamism and agility thanks to our Curve-Assist system. The AddBike+ Carry'Dog Kit Dog Bike Trailer | Front Mounted offers the unique experience of riding a bike with added stability from two front wheels. Surprisingly, the Curve-Assist technology requires the same level of balance and skill as riding a traditional bike, allowing for smooth turns and high-speed riding.Therefore, if you aren’t comfortable riding a normal bike, or if you have balance and/or motor problems, we don’t recommend the AddBike+.

We do our best to have your order shipped within 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe and some delivery times frames may be between 5 (five) and 21 (twenty-one) business days. Shipping times will be accurately displayed at checkout. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@hitchabike.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email.
In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched.
In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions.
When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.

RETURNS
Cancellations & Refunds
If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. The refund will be issued to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging, unused, with all labels intact and any documentation that comes with the item.
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases, an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to the return shipping of these items.
If you have ordered an incorrect-sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
