The CLIMATEX Baby Seat is Croozer's infant insert for Kid trailers — a lie-flat baby hammock that mounts to the safety frame at eight points, with its own padded five-point harness and a shaped head pad. It carries babies from the 1st month in stroller mode, or from around 3-6 months in bike or jogger mode once your baby can lift and hold their head unaided.
The baby seat itself is 80% polyester / 20% polypropylene. The head pad is 48% polypropylene / 38% polyester / 12% viscose / 2% polyamide. The CLIMATEX material at the seat surface is temperature- and moisture-regulating — cradle-to-cradle certified and fully recyclable. A packing bag in the same material is included for off-season storage.
Fits Kid one- and two-seaters — Kid Vaaya, Kid Keeke, Kid and Kid Plus from 2014 onwards. Not compatible with the Croozer Yuuna modular trailer (use the Yuuna Kid Module: Baby Lounger for a Yuuna) or the Kid Lykke.

Pro tip
Fit the baby seat once in daylight with the trailer stationary before your first ride out — the 8-point mount takes a few minutes the first time and 30 seconds every time after. Keep the packing bag in the boot: when your baby graduates to the standard seat, the baby seat folds down and lives in the loft.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products over £49 for the UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe and some delivery times frames may be between 5 (five) and 21 (twenty-one) business days. Shipping times will be accurately displayed at checkout. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@hitchabike.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email.
In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched.
In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions.
When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
Please note if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately as soon as they become available.

Where does Hitch A Bike deliver?
We deliver to all of the UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take an additional day to arrive.
RETURNS
Cancellations & Refunds
If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. The refund will be issued to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging, unused, with all labels intact and any documentation that comes with the item.
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases, an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to the return shipping of these items.
