Regulate the height of the back – and let the bike seat grow with the child

An adjustable back system allows you to regulate the height of the back according to the size of the child. The harness, buckles and footrests are designed for one-hand operation. The shoulder cushions provide extra comfort for the child, and make the safety belt easier to fit. The bike seat is equipped with a reflective in the back for improved visibility.

Ergonomic resting position

The seat is reclinable (20°) and the free-hanging steel bar offers natural suspension for the child during the ride.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products over £49 for the UK mainland.

We do our best to have your order shipped within 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe and some delivery times frames may be between 5 (five) and 21 (twenty-one) business days. Shipping times will be accurately displayed at checkout. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@hitchabike.co.uk for an accurate quote.

If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

Order confirmation

When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email.

In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched.

In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions.

When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.

Please note if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately as soon as they become available.

Please be careful if nominating a safe space with with courier. Please ensure the area chose is safe and secure. We will not accept liability for items stolen if this method of delivery has been selected by the customer.

Where does Hitch A Bike deliver?

We deliver to all of the UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take an additional day to arrive.

RETURNS

Cancellations & Refunds

Should you wish to return or cancel a product, you (the buyer) should first email us at support@hitchabike.co.uk stating the order number and reason for return. You will then be provided with the correct physical return address. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order.

If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. The refund will be issued to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging, unused, with all labels intact and any documentation that comes with the item.

Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases, an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to the return shipping of these items.

You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.

If you have ordered an incorrect-sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@hitchabike.co.uk and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Kindly note if you would like to process any claims post-delivery on faulty products, we will be happy to assist. We will require protocol evidence in the form of photos and video demonstrating the fault which may include product details.

A super shopper

A game changer, finding it too much to lug carrier bags I decided on this shopper. Very sturdy frame, good ergonomics and a nice looking bag. The 25cm wheels make steps etc a doddle. My usual store involves a trek across meadows along a path and this handles the trip wonderfully. My only gripe is that when it's empty there is a lot of vibration that goes up my arm that's pulling the trolley.
Delivery was delayed a bit as well, but no harm done.

Great customer service from initial enquiry through to support with third part parts to get the trailer compatible with my bike. Andrea is a credit to the company and I cannot recommend them enough.

I would reccomend TURA FRAME & FADO 2.1 BAG to some people.

The trolley appears to be good quality & looks like it'll last many years. I use the buses a lot. I knew the exact size of the trolley before buying, thanks to the comprehensive measurements on the website, so knew the bus isle, unfortunately, would be too narrow to take the trolley along it. Also, it can be a challenge getting around small shops due to the width. I wanted the single handle & the smaller size frame would mean the bag I would've had to use would've been too small.

I have carpel tunnel syndrome. The trolley handle has adjustable positions to allows me to hold it pointing forward, which is better for my condition.

I was informed the trolley would take 7 - 10 business days for delivery. I wasn't aware that the 7 to 10 days shipping times are the times it takes to ship from Germany to the UK warehouse, not to my door. However, once it landed in the UK, it didn't take long to arrive to me.

Croozer stroller kit

Fairly easy to convert the trailer to a stroller, front wheel attaches easily and the handle is comfortable to use. It has extended the use for our aging dog who finds it pleasant and can easily hop out for a comfort break!
