The high-quality aluminium construction of the Royal Shopper® ensures quiet operation and excellent stability, enhanced by its ball-bearing pneumatic wheels. It can easily attach to standard bicycles as a trailer using the specially designed Bike & Easy coupling system. With a maximum capacity of 50 kg, even heavy loads are effortlessly transported by the Royal Shopper®.
The Reik bag adds a stylish touch to the Shopper® accessory. Crafted from durable and resilient jute, each bag has a unique appearance. Real leather accents add a touch of luxury. Perfect for supermarket trips or hanging out with friends, the spacious 50 litre bag also features a front and inside pocket for storing smaller items.
Reflectors on the sides ensure good visibility even in the dark. The wax coating on the inside makes the bag water-repellent.
As the Reik bag is made of natural materials, slight colour variations or irregularities in the fabric are possible.

The HängFix device, designed for practicality, enables easy attachment of the Royal Shopper® to a variety of shopping trolleys. This allows for hands-free shopping in the supermarket while still keeping the Shopper® in sight.
The Royal Shopper® offers enhanced versatility in daily bicycle use with its specially designed Bike & Easy coupling system. The Shopper® Reik bag is both eye-catching and durable, made from renewable jute which also allows for unique color and texture variations. Its natural material and real leather accents give it a sophisticated appearance.
This product boasts a 50-liter capacity, making it suitable for a week's worth of groceries at the market or supermarket. It also provides ample space for outings with friends or trips to the swimming lake. The bag features a convenient zip-closure patch front pocket and an inside pocket for storing smaller items.

This move away from vehicles is a common theme in urban areas, but it is also becoming more prevalent in rural areas as bikes and e-bikes are replacing cars, creating a more livable environment.
For two decades, we have enabled a more eco-friendly, mobile lifestyle by supplying our Shopper® as a bicycle trailer. Our specially developed coupling system, made up of a coupling and a pin, make connection and disconnection a breeze. Compared to traditional cargo bikes, the Shopper® offers far greater convenience.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products over £49 for the UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe and some delivery times frames may be between 5 (five) and 21 (twenty-one) business days. Shipping times will be accurately displayed at checkout. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@hitchabike.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email.
In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched.
In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions.
When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
Please note if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately as soon as they become available.
Redirections & Safe Spaces
Please be careful if nominating a safe space with with courier. Please ensure the area chose is safe and secure. We will not accept liability for items stolen if this method of delivery has been selected by the customer.

We deliver to all of the UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take an additional day to arrive.
RETURNS
Cancellations & Refunds
If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. The refund will be issued to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging, unused, with all labels intact and any documentation that comes with the item.
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases, an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to the return shipping of these items.
If you have ordered an incorrect-sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
